Qboo Bakehouse is a certified organic bakery offering freshly baked artisan breads using a variety of ancient grains. We use in-house sourdough starters and implement slow fermentation techniques for a healthier and more nutritious bread. We bake several certified organic, gluten-free breads in an isolated kitchen with dedicated equipment and separate storage for raw materials. The menu in our Bistro is seasonal and reflects in part the owner’s German heritage.
Everything is prepared in-house, from Sauerkraut and Schnitzel to soups and homemade organic tagliatelle. During the Christmas season we bake several classic German sweets such as Lebkuchen, Stollen, Zimtsterne and Dominos. It is our aim to make you feel at home!
