What’s On This Weekend in Cyprus

The first weekend of June is packed with returning festivals, markets, and village celebrations. Here’s a selection of events happening this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in Nicosia, Larnaca, Limassol, and Paphos.
Nicosia
- Friday: The Fork Food team hosts a street food market at the Nicosia Municipal Gardens from 7pm. Enjoy a variety of tasty meals, including a new addition – Pizza Bella. DJ Koulla P Katsikoronoiou will provide groovy tunes.
- Saturday: The Cyprus Pride March takes place at the Nicosia Municipal Gardens in the afternoon, celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community with activities, performances, and speeches. The march will pass through Central Nicosia and end with a party at the Gardens.
- Sunday: The 27th Cultural Festival of the University of Nicosia kicks off its two-month journey with a performance about French poet Arthur Rimbaud’s sister Isabelle at Axiothea Mansion.
Limassol
- Sunday:
- Cybermarket: Kolla Factory hosts a market from 3pm to 10pm featuring local designers, electronic music, street food, coffee stands, and cocktails, creating a cyberpunk-inspired city market vibe.
- 5th Annual MBS Wellbeing Day Festival: St Raphael Resort presents a day of wellness classes, workshops, and a market with holistic items and services from 10am to 8pm.
Larnaca
- Until Sunday: The 6th Cyprus International Accordion Festival in Ayios Theodoros village includes music-related workshops, exhibitions, seminars, and evening concerts.
- Sunday: Vegan Fam Flavours at the Ancient Olive Trees Park of Psematismenos showcases plant-based food, wellness workshops, talks, and crafts. Enjoy vegan food stands, local products, and an entertainment program from 2pm to 11pm.
Paphos
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: The Ksoporti Art Weekend brings an exciting artistic event to the region, showcasing Cyprus’ visual arts scene. Art studios and venues in Paphos, Lemba, Kissonerga, and Tala will open their doors to the public:
- Friday and Saturday: 5pm-10pm in central Paphos and 5pm-9pm in other locations.
- Sunday: 11am-5pm.
