The highly anticipated TEDx Eleftheria Square event, known for its inspiring stories and motivational speeches, has been rescheduled. Initially set for May, the event will now take place on October 12, bringing together curious minds and remarkable storytellers in the heart of Nicosia.
Exciting New Speakers
In addition to the new date, the lineup of speakers has expanded. Joining Miranda Tringis, founder of CyHerbia Botanical Park & Labyrinth, Polina Maltseva, educational consultant and founder of a top-ranked IB school, and street artist Achilleas Michaelides, are several notable personalities. These include Cypriot Nobel Prize winner Christopher Pissarides, Christos Passas, director at Zaha Hadid Architects, and Arianna Economou, dance artist and founder of DanceHouse. Also speaking will be Kelly Christodoulou, a sustainable investor, and Galina Yuzefovich, literary critic, author, and podcast host.

This exciting afternoon and evening event, running from 2pm to 8pm, will feature local stories and global perspectives centered around this year’s theme: Symphony of Minds.
