The 19th edition of AglanJazz is making a notable shift from its traditional summer schedule. This year, the jazz festival will take place in autumn rather than its usual July slot.
Festival Rescheduled for October
Instead of the customary two-night event in July, AglanJazz 2024 is set to occur on October 15 and 16. The festival will again showcase a blend of local and international music groups. As the event approaches, the Municipality of Nicosia is inviting musicians to submit their applications through an Open Call.
Submission Details for Musicians
Cypriot musicians and bands are encouraged to send their proposals by Tuesday, August 27. Submissions should be emailed to [email protected] or contacted via Tel: 22 797695.
Application Requirements
Each application must include:
- A profile of the band
- A description of the proposed performance
- A presentation of band members
- Samples of previous work
- Contact information
Selected participants will receive artist fees, access to professional technical equipment, and services such as video recording, photography, and promotional support.
