Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

TheCyprus.net is looking for a talented Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team with a permanent salary, plus a generous commission structure. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home while promoting our business listing packages and driving results. We offer two packages, BASIC and PREMIUM, where businesses can list their information. By selecting the PREMIUM package, businesses can boost their customers by up to 300%.

In this role, you will actively engage affiliates, create promotional content, and increase registrations from business owners. You’ll also be responsible for setting up your own website (or using our partnered website builder at a 30% discount) to promote our packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Affiliate Program Strategy: Design and implement an effective affiliate marketing strategy to promote our BASIC and PREMIUM listing packages.
• Recruit Affiliates: Identify and onboard affiliates who can effectively promote our directory to business owners.
• Create Marketing Materials: Develop promotional content, such as banners and email templates, to support affiliates in their efforts.
• Manage Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing guidance and support to maximize conversions.
• Monitor Performance: Analyze affiliate campaign performance using analytics tools, and make data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
• Optimize Campaigns: Continuously improve campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Align affiliate marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
• Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Commission Structure:

• 30% commission for each sale generated in the first month.
• 5% monthly commission for every ongoing subscription from the second month onward.
• Payouts are made from the 20th to the 30th of the following month.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in affiliate marketing or sales.
• Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
• Self-Motivation: Results-oriented, able to work independently.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the business directory model or the Cyprus market is a plus.

Compensation:

• Permanent salary.
• Generous commission structure on top of the salary based on performance.
