Role Summary
This role focuses on the management of design, content, and multimedia projects. As part of the Brand and Integrated Marketing team, you will work alongside our Creative Studio team, coordinating project timelines and delivery of our digital marketing projects.
You will own the day-to-day triaging of project requests coming into the studio via our Asana ticketing system. You will evaluate the requests, gather additional information about the request, and understand delivery timelines in context to the wider workload of the team. You will lead a weekly project prioritization meeting with design resources and ensure timelines and deliverables are clearly communicated between the designers and requesting stakeholders.
Strong project management, marketing communication, and relationship-building skills are required for this role.
What You Will Do
- Timeline Management: Triaging digital projects submitted to our Creative Studio and allocating resources, ensuring the projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintaining a prioritized design ticket queue, ensuring projects move through each stage meeting the Creative Studio SLAs in place; closing out projects and ensuring items get archived upon completion
- Coordination: Working closely with creative and technical teams to understand & scope resource timings on digital projects that the Creative Studio undertakes.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with stakeholders in other teams, ensuring marketing projects get delivered on time and to brief
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring all digital content meets brand standards and aligns with the overall marketing strategy. Ensures review cycles are set up with relevant stakeholders
- Delivery: Own the delivery of the marketing assets to relevant stakeholders either directly or via design resources.
- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the digital production process
- Reporting: Preparing status reports and communicating project progress, performance of the Creative Studio team triaging tickets and meeting SLAs
- Localization:Where required, ensure that all programs and assets created by this role are submitted to translation and the completed assets are delivered to non-English language field teams and partners
- Due to the global nature of this role, there is an ongoing requirement to participate in calls with Americas, EMEA and APJ marketing teams which may fall outside regular working hours

In Canada, the base salary for this role ranges from $63,000 to $105,000. In US, the base salary for this role ranges from $73,000 to $121,000. In addition to base salary, we offer additional compensation including bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. A candidate’s specific pay within this range will depend on a variety of factors, including job-related skills, training, location, experience, relevant education, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
