We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Senior Full Stack Lead Developer who is ready to take ownership and grow with the company. You will have a hands-on role in building end-to-end solutions, including front-end and back-end systems. Your contributions will extend and maintain both our frontend interfaces and backend services, working closely with our CTO in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Mandatory Hard Skills:
– Proficiency in: Nodejs, React, ReactJS, React Native, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, AWS, Git.
– 10+ years of experience with: Microservices, high-traffic servers, flexible component design, library architecture, SEO best practices.
– Optional but advantageous: Experience with Jira, Scrum.
Mandatory Soft Skills:
– Ambitious, open-minded, rigorous, organized, hard-working, and driven by a positive mindset.
– Problem-solver with strong critical thinking and a sense of ownership.
– Dynamic and autonomous, with excellent attention to detail.
About You:
You are a Senior Full Stack Lead Developer with at least 10 years of experience and a proven track record. You thrive in fast-paced environments and excel in service delivery and problem-solving. You’re skilled at breaking down complex information into actionable steps and enjoy working in an agile, cross-functional team. You have 30 hours per week to invest in your future with a growing startup valued at over $25M (fundraising ongoing).

Magic Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
– 10+ years of experience in frontend and backend development (Mandatory).
– A strong track record with references to share.
– Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
– Fluent in English (Mandatory).
