Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor daily fiat and crypto payments (on-ramp and off-ramp) for customers.
- Reconcile payment flows, ensuring that funds are correctly credited and debited.
- Monitor transaction flows, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with banks and third-party payment providers to address issues or delays in transactions.
- Maintain compliance with AML, KYC, and other regulatory frameworks related to payments.
- Provide customer support for payment-related queries and troubleshoot transaction errors.
- Assist in the integration of new payment methods and gateways.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of payment operations to management.
- Optimize payment processing procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in payment processing, banking, or financial operations.
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Familiarity with bank payment networks and cryptocurrency wallets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
Location
- Remote. Candidates residing in the CET/GMT time zones are preferred. The working hours are from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, to accommodate both Australian and Canadian transactions.
