The Role

In this dynamic role, you’ll be a key member of our product team, driving data-driven initiatives and developing product features forward. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including backend and mobile developers, to ensure new features are implemented smoothly and according to our high standards. Your strong analytical skills, technical knowledge, and project management expertise will be essential in translating business needs into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive and collaborate within the product and growth team the strategy and roadmap for our mobile and web applications
• Analyze data/KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
• Run deep analysis on user’s behaviour (data mining), identify pattern (data analysis) and provide solutions
• Manage and deliver technical projects & product features on time and within budget.
• Be responsible for running and completing feature experiments
• Act as the key contact for all BI-related topics
• Oversee the data warehouse and build internal reports
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Care, and CRM teams
• Stay updated with software development trends, particularly in mobile platforms (Apple Store & Google Play)

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 4-5 years of experience in backend, frontend, mobile development, or product management
• Have 2+ years of experience in a similar role (BI Analyst, Data Product Manager, etc.)
• Have worked closely with product teams to deliver consumer-facing digital products
• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Are proficient in SQL, BigQuery, PostgreSQL
• Have strong project management skills and experience in managing multiple projects
• Are passionate about learning and staying current with new technologies
• Have used digital health, education, or productivity apps
• Are based within 2 hours of the German timezone
• Speak fluent English with excellent communication skills

Bonus points for:

• Advanced experience with R or Python
• Experience in A/B testing
• Background in mobile app development
• Basic knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Italian
