About the position:
Development of a platform for integration with IoT devices and robots with the ability to monitor and control devices.
Key functions:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend microservices using Scala or Java
- Take part in architecture and technical design development
- Bugfix and refactoring
- Participation in the development of company technical products
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance to ensure high-quality user experiences
- Data channeling, large-scale data processing
- Performing code reviews, writing unit and integration tests
Qualification and skills:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Scala (or Java)
- Strong expertise in developing high-load and distributed systems
- Good understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, REST, and WebSocket
- Experience in working with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL
- Experience building scalable systems, both cloud-based and on-premises
- Familiarity with Kafka or similar
- Fluent in Russian language
Nice to have:
- Experience with Akka (cluster, sharding, and streams)
- Familiarity with Spring Boot
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker
