Our business offers a B2B2C model aimed at all automotive sectors (insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental companies, mobility providers, etc.). This model enables their customers to instantly request roadside assistance services and replacement solutions in real-time by using the most advanced digital platform on the market.
As our team starts to take shape globally, our growth ambitions and market demand means we are at the forefront of being major player in the sector. For this reason, we are actively seeking a highly motivated Customer Service to join our global team to improve our processes and continuously ensure we deliver quality services.
Responsibilities:
- Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.
- Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.
- Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels, and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.
Requirements:
- Total availability for shifts 24h 7/7
- Based in France
- Part time 30hours per week
- C1/C2 in French
- Good Knowledge of English
- Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus
- Team spirit
Extra information:
- The role is fixed term for a 6-month period
- This role is shift based and requires occasional night and weekend shifts
