Your new role
As part of our broader training team and reporting into our National Manager – Training, you will be responsible for the delivery of Franchise Partner training, in addition to assisting with the continued growth and development of our existing Franchise Partners network. With an aim of delivering best quality Franchise Partners who are fully competent in operating a Soul Origin franchise outlet.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Facilitation of best-in-class training and coaching workshops to Franchise Partners and their teams
- Assisting with the creation of learning materials and content
- Providing classroom style training, as well as on-the-job, in-store practical training support both in VIC and interstate
- Assisting with the design of supporting training tools including videos, online modules, skill audits and surveys
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure the success of implemented training activities and adherence to compliance in areas such as food safety, rostering and finance software
- Conduct cluster workshops for franchise partners and their teams, in areas related to your role on an as needs basis as requested by your manager
- Ensuring in-store engagement and utilisation of the Learning Management System
- Responsibility for the execution of the opening of new stores in coordination with field teams to ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications & experience
To be considered for this role you will be passionate about creating and delivering best in class training in addition to:
- The ability to travel interstate as required
- An unrestricted driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Experience in delivering training on the job or in past roles
- Experience gained from within a retail, food service or franchising environment
- Exceptional time management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with exceptional leadership and management skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Tertiary education in adult learning or training and assessment will be highly regarded but not essential
- Prior coffee experience would be highly regarded but not essential
