Paid Search Specialist – This leading agency is looking to add another specialist to the team after a successful hire!
- 4+ years’ experience in paid search
- Agency experience is required
- MUST be familiar with worldwide remote working structure – Slack will be your bestie!!
- Available for meetings 9-5 CET
- Work whenever suits you time wise, as long as the work is complete and you attend compulsory meetings
- 25-30 hour a week
- $2000-$6000 USD monthly DOE
- Heavy eCommerce experience is necessary
- Must have your own Ltd company to be paid into – B2B payments

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
You’ll develop and implement PPC strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging data insights to drive performance and maximise ROI. Conducting in-depth keyword research, you’ll analyse search trends and competitive landscapes to identify high-performing keywords that optimise campaign reach. You’ll closely monitor campaign performance metrics, diving deep into data to uncover areas for improvement, spot trends, and make informed decisions that enhance results. Managing bids and budgets, you’ll use data-driven strategies to maximise the impact of each campaign, ensuring optimal spend efficiency. Collaborating with the marketing team, you’ll maintain consistent messaging across all channels and proactively engage with clients, providing detailed performance insights and addressing any questions or concerns. Staying current with Google Ads updates and industry shifts, you’ll continuously refine strategies to keep our approach data-focused and results-oriented.
YOU WILL NEED…
- Must have 4+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads
- eCommerce experience
- Expertise in PPC skills, including advanced optimisation techniques and bid management
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube Ads
- Agency experience
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and other PPC tools to analyse campaign performance
- Must be skilled in conducting keyword research and competitor analysis
- Ability to design and manage A/B tests to continuously improve ad performance
- Strong data analysis capabilities to identify trends and make strategic, data-driven decisions
- Highly passionate about digital marketing with a results-driven mindset
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for client interaction on Slack
- Must be eager to learn, adaptable, and stay current with industry trends and platform updates
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple campaigns efficiently and effectively
- Proven experience in budget management, ensuring maximum ROI and precise control over ad spend
- To be available for meetings 9-5 CET – no more than 5 times a week
- To feel confident in independent working whenever suits you time wise, as long as the work is complete and you attend compulsory meetings
