On November 2, the winery will host an exciting evening of live music featuring the renowned Cypriot singer Michalis Tterlikkas and the jazz-rock fusion band Fuzz Bus. This performance promises to be a standout event, bringing together traditional Cypriot music with a modern twist, all in the idyllic setting of a vineyard.
A Music Collaboration to Remember
The partnership between Michalis Tterlikkas and Fuzz Bus has quickly gained popularity, as these talented musicians continue to captivate audiences. After a successful intimate performance in Lympia, they will reunite for this special occasion, offering a fresh and unique show to celebrate the season’s end of harvest.
This time, the event will take place at Zambartas Winery, where the musicians will step out of their comfort zones and deliver a memorable performance. Their setlist includes familiar songs like “Asherobasma” and other lesser-known pieces, but with a twist—no traditional instruments. Instead, the band will experiment with drums, bass, guitar, and keyboard, creating a distinctive sound that showcases their versatility.
The End of Harvest Party
The End of Harvest Party is more than just a concert—it’s a celebration of the changing seasons and the completion of the grape harvest. Starting at 5pm, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the autumnal atmosphere while sipping on local wines. The evening will feature two sets of performances: one with Tterlikkas and Fuzz Bus, followed by a solo set from Fuzz Bus showcasing their signature blend of soul, jazz, and funk. The main performance will kick off at 7pm.
As the organizers put it, the music will “lift up your ‘Cypriot’ spirits” as you relax with a glass of wine, surrounded by the warm colors of the season. Zambartas Wineries will also offer a selection of drinks, including organic tea, Cypriot iced tea, and wine by the glass or bottle. Light snacks such as nuts and crisps will be available, with heartier food options for purchase if you get hungry.
