Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day remote production operations, including task assignment and tracking.
- Coordinate between various departments and team members across different locations
- Maintain project schedules and deadlines in a virtual environment.
- Assist in script approval processes and remote pre-production planning.
- Handle digital asset management and resource allocation.
- Organise and maintain cloud-based production files and documentation.
- Facilitate clear communication between remote team members and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues in a remote work setting.
- Ensure smooth workflow and productivity across the distributed team.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in film production, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong understanding of stop-motion production processes.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, particularly for remote troubleshooting.
- Experience with cloud-based file management and version control systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with stop-motion techniques.
- Background in editing or filming.
- Proficiency in project management software and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Asana, GDrive, Trello, Slack, Zoom).
