About The Role
We’re looking for a driven Demand Generation Specialist to accelerate Stayf’s growth through innovative marketing campaigns.
You’ll lead efforts to drive qualified leads, collaborate on the go-to-market strategy, and execute multi-channel campaigns that build our sales pipeline in the UK and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand-generation strategies focused on Direct Outreach (LinkedIn) and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to drive pipeline growth.
- Build and manage targeted B2B lists for multichannel outreach using tools like Apollo.io.
- Lead LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools like Dripify to automate and scale outreach efforts.
- Oversee email nurturing campaigns with Mailchimp and nurture leads through HubSpot.
- Create and optimise website landing pages to drive conversions from paid traffic.
- Manage paid traffic to the website and improve conversions from landing pages.
- Coordinate with the paid social media agency, ensuring alignment with demand-generation goals.
- Collaborate with Sales to optimise lead conversion into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or HR Tech.
- Proven track record in designing and executing successful demand-generation campaigns.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and paid social media management.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
