Position Overview
As a Leadership Development Facilitator, you will empower individuals on their journey towards enhanced self-awareness, transformative mindset shifts, and the acquisition of essential leadership and managerial skills. Your role is pivotal in driving impactful interventions tailored to managers across diverse organizational, business, and multicultural landscapes, fostering experiential learning.
Your Role
- Facilitate impactful group dynamics to enhance participants’ leadership awareness and effectiveness, empowering them to positively impact teams and organizations
- Serve as the content expert on leadership mindset and tools, delivering engaging and informative sessions to participants
- Conduct experiential learning sessions with practical applications to participants’ everyday roles as leaders within their organizations
- Engage participants in face-to-face and online workshops
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various divisions, (Delivery, Experiential Learning, and R&D), within IQL and HR representatives from client organizations
- Work closely with IQL’s Client Managers for seamless delivery
- Benefit from training and supervision provided by IQL

Your Qualifications
- Facilitation Expertise: Demonstrate practical knowledge in group facilitation
- Systems Thinking: Understand system-level consultation
- Leadership Acumen: Exhibit theoretical and practical knowledge
- Professional Experience: Ideally, possess 5+ years of experience in leadership development and group facilitation
- Educational Background: Hold formal education in Psychology or related fields
