We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our Institutional Business Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within financial services, a deep understanding of institutional clients, and a passion for technology-driven solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential institutional clients, build a robust sales pipeline, and close deals to achieve revenue targets;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the institutional segment;
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, and effectively communicate their value propositions to clients;
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences and to drive product improvements based on client feedback;
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and market opportunities;
- Regularly update management on sales activities, forecasts, and progress against targets.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years proven experience as Sales Manager in FinTech, Private Banking, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking or Insurance sector;
- Strong knowledge of Derivatives products, Trade Finance, and Portfolio Optimization;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building and managing client relationships;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex financial products and client needs;

- Results-driven with a strong track record of achieving sales targets;
- Proficiency in English and Russian; additional languages are a plus.
