Gloria Gallery Nicosia opened in March 1977 and is the longest established venue for contemporary arts in Cyprus. Since its foundation Gloria Gallery has promoted the work of the up-coming local artist for over 40 years in Cyprus and abroad. Likewise, Gloria Gallery has promoted in Cyprus the work of Greek artists like Dimitris Geros, Manolis Xaros, Theodoros Manolidis, Zisi Makri and others as well the work of the English artists Terry Frost, Peter de Francia and the American artist Judith Brown.
