The Parlotones, formed in 1998, have garnered numerous South African Music Awards over the years. They made history in 2009 by becoming the first South African band to headline at the Coca-Cola Dome, and they were part of the star-studded lineup at the 2010 FIFA World Cup Concert, sharing the stage with international superstars like the Black Eyed Peas, Shakira, and Alicia Keys. The band is composed of Kahn Morbee, Neil Pauw, Glen Hodgson, Paul Hodgson, with Rob Davidson joining as a full-time member in 2017, and Trevor Rebello coming on board in 2023.
