Kicking off the musical events is a jazz night at the Groovy Garden Café-bar in Paphos on Thursday. From 9 pm onwards, vocalist Iliana Alexandrou, pianist Alex Michael, drummer Rafail Mina, and guitarist Lefteris Savva will captivate the audience with their smooth and groovy jazz tunes. To complement the evening, the bar will be serving a selection of special cocktails.
Beats’n’Pieces Quartet Returns
On Friday, Paphos will host another musical delight with a live performance by the Beats’n’Pieces quartet at the Technopolis 20 garden. This talented group, consisting of Eleonora Roussou, Alexis Kasinos, Andreas Rodosthenous, and Rodos Panagiotou, will serenade the audience with a blend of jazz, pop, soul, and bossa nova tunes, along with some original pieces. Performing together since 2018, the quartet explores various aspects of love through different musical styles, often encouraging the audience to join in and sing along.
Rock Vibes with Fuse
For those in a rockin’ mood, Savino Live in Larnaca will host the popular pop-rock band Fuse on Saturday. This summer farewell performance will kick off at 11 pm, marking the start of a new season of live music events at the Larnaca venue.
Concerts Featuring Greek Music Legends
Fans of Greek music have two exciting concerts to look forward to this week. The first event is a concert featuring Greek singers Pantelis Thalassinos and Despina Olympiou on Friday as part of the 62nd Kaishiou Dance. This concert will take place at the Deftera Municipal Field Stadium at 8 pm. Additionally, another highly anticipated event is a concert by the renowned Despina Vandi, who is celebrating her 30th anniversary in the music industry. She will perform on Friday at the Pattichio Municipal Amphitheatre in Larnaca, starting at 9 pm, treating fans to her classic hits and timeless favorites.
